To meet TDRA regulations on domain backorders, Hello.ae is required to charge your card on file for the amount of the backorder service prior to attempting the registration. In the event the backorder fails for any reason, the amount charged will be issued in the form of account credit and can be used to render future services. Hello.ae will charge your card 1 day before the domain drop date. If you wish the amount to be refunded to your original payment method, there shall be a 6% fee deducted from your refund to cover credit card and interchange fees.
You acknowledge and agree that utilizing the Hello.ae backorder service does not guarantee the acquisition of your desired domain. The domain may be subject to prior backorder requests, reserved at the registry's discretion, or secured by one of our API clients.
I acknowledge and accept not to use the Hello.ae backorder service to register trademarks, government initiative projects, or to target companies that were the previous owners of the domain or any company that matches the domain name.
