All payments towards domain registrations and renewals (including auto renewals) may not be refunded nor credited for other services. By default, all domains that are registered through Hello.ae are configured to auto renew within 1 month before expiry. If you don't wish to renew your domains, you must disable auto renewal from your control panel.
Any domain hosting you purchase from Hello.ae may not be used to conduct fraudulent activity. Sending burst of email promotions (aka Spam) is prohibited and will result in termination of service with no refunds.
